To check your order status online, please enter your order ID# (just the digits in front of the dash) in the Order Number box above.
(Example: If your order ID# is '12345678-12345' - You would enter '12345678').

Order Status Definitions:
* Please Allow 48-72 hours before checking status on most Free Ground Shipping orders.
New: Order has been successfully transmitted and received.
Processing: Order has been received and has been sent to the shipping warehouse.
Confirmed: Order has been confirmed by the shipping warehouse and is pending shipment.
Shipped: Order has been shipped. Shipping carrier tracking number has been received.

- An order confirmation/receipt is emailed to you within seconds, showing the item(s) you ordered, the total amount charged, shipping method chosen and our contact information should you have any questions.
- Once your order is verified by our system and successfully transmitted, you will receive an "order processed" e-mail notification. Please refer to Ground/Freight Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Shipping Origin in the Product Facts information on the right side of each product page. This information and the shipping method you chose will give you a good estimation of the delivery date of your order.
- After your order has shipped and tracking information is available to us, you'll receive an e-mail that contains a tracking number and carrier's website link to immediately access the exact status and delivery date of your order.
